    Inspired by the traditional Honesuki Knife, this blade is created for poultry, filleting, boning - while having a wider base, to add some versatility and make it a great slicer too.

    We named it BRANCA. It means white in Portuguese. This knife was created for any type of white meat: Fish, Chicken, etc.

    It's an extremely pleasant knife to use. Light, versatile and manoeuvrable
